Liam broke the school and league records for both goals and overall points with 61 goals and 24 assists in just 69 appearances. He was a four time all-conference first team player and twice awarded conference player of the year for the CCAC. Liam graduated in 2013 with a perfect 4.0 Grade Point Average, finishing first in his graduating class.

Matt Bentley – 2016 Hall of Fame U.S Sports Scholarships

Reflecting on his own experience of going out to America and working with our team Matt stated: “U.S Sports Scholarships provided me with unbelievable support from day 1 through to my transfer to Missouri State in my Senior year and graduation and then eventual draft into Major League Soccer with Minnesota United. I can’t thank them enough for all their team’s help and would highly recommend them to anyone if you are considering America as an option – without a doubt they are the best at what they do!”

Ellie Rossiter – Women’s Soccer Specialist U.S Sports Scholarships

We helped Ellie with her own search for a scholarship back in 2015, when she ended up joining NCAA D2 side Davis & Elkins in West Virginia. During her four years with D&E, Ellie was a standout performer for the Senators with 62 starts and helping the team to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference title in 2016; where they went on to play in the national tournament.

Away from soccer, Ellie also excelled in the classroom graduating with an incredible 3.9 grade point average in her chosen degree subject of Psychology and Human Services with a minor in Exercise Science. Ellie’s experience and achievements make her the ideal person to help assist our future student-athletes as she knows exactly what it takes to succeed both on the field and in the classroom.

Since returning back to the UK, Ellie re-signed with her old club Ipswich Town Ladies, who she still currently plays for. She is also studying for a Masters degree in Sports Psychology at the University of Essex and has continued to play collegiate football by being part of the Essex Blades Female Football team.

Reflecting on her own experience of going out to America and working with our team Ellie stated:

“I had an outstanding experience with US Sports Scholarships from the first moment. They helped me through the entire process- filmed my games, walked me through the paperwork, and helped me find the University that was the perfect fit for me. Liam and the team supported me through every step of my journey, from my first flight there right until my graduation. This incredible team allowed me to live my dream of playing in America and I am incredibly excited to now be able to pass on my own experience and knowledge onto the next generation of future female soccer stars!”
