U.S Sports Scholarships is delighted to announce the addition of U.S college recruitment specialist Matt Elmer to our team, where he will be taking on the role of Soccer Regional Manager for Surrey in the South East! Matthew studied international football business at Wembley stadium from 2014  and graduated in 2017.
