Steve is a highly qualified and knowledgeable coach with over 20 years of experience working in grass-roots and elite structures of football. He was awarded the UEFA ‘A’ Licence in 2006. His previous positions include Colchester United Community Sports Trust Projects Manager and Colchester United Head of Youth.
He is also a FA Licensed Coach and a FA Affiliate Tutor delivering Level 1 and Level 2 in coaching football. As well as being our Regional Manager, Steve is currently the Technical Director for the Essex FA Girl’s Regional Talent Club. Both Steve’s children are currently in the US as student-athletes on soccer scholarships.
