Roy is based in Eindhoven in the Netherlands. Roy played competitively up until 22 but had to cut his playing career short due to injury. Following this he started coaching youth teams and eventually a senior team before then transitioning into a scouting career first for FC Eindhoven and after that a short period with PSV Eindhoven. As well as helping dutch athletes with the US college process as a Regional Manager here at US SS Roy also works as chief of scouting for an African football agency. Roy’s experiences and knowledge make him the ideal person to help players excel both on the field and the classroom.
