Benny Fischer is a former NCAA scholarship golfer and team captain who completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the U.S. at Newberry College. Following his playing career, during which he achieved notable success such as a National Academic Championship title (2021-2022), Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar (2024), and a Senior Athlete of the Year Award (2025), he was engaged as a Graduate-Assistant Golf Coach.
Benny further has several years of experience in student recruitment and is familiar with collegiate structural processes, giving him a strong understanding of both the athletic and administrative sides of the college system.
Originally from Germany, Benny speaks German, English and French fluently and has extensive experience living and working internationally. He is now looking forward to combining his personal NCAA experience, golf-related background and recruitment expertise to help aspiring student-athletes find the right opportunities in the United States.
