Andy oversees all football and education matters with our partners at Football Industry College. Andy has over 20 years of experience playing and coaching in youth development and a track record of nurturing young footballers through to first team level and beyond that is second to none in the region. During Andy’s playing career he was a part of the Ipswich Town FC FA Youth Cup winning squad in 2005 and made over 400 appearances for high level semi-pro club Lowestoft Town FC, where he new serves as Assistant Manager.
