Simon Sinclair has held leadership roles in both education and professional sport, bringing extensive experience as a Director of Sport at several prestigious schools around the world. For over a decade, he led the Elite Player Development Programme for the Northampton Saints across the East of England, before stepping into the role of Academy Manager for the club, where he managed daily operations and provided comprehensive support to young athletes on and off the field.

His expertise extends beyond coaching, having served as Chief Operating Officer in rugby and held positions on the Premiership Women’s Rugby Board and other national governing bodies. Embracing a global perspective, Simon moved to New Zealand to become the Sports Director at the largest school in Australasia, further broadening his experience in diverse educational and sporting environments.

Simon is deeply passionate about athlete development and mentorship. With a strong background bridging both professional sport and education, he is well-versed in guiding athletes through the critical transition between high-performance sport and academic life.
