Having spent six years in the United States – four as a player and two as a coach – Will started his journey at Northwest Kansas Technical College (NJCAA). After completing his sophomore year, he transferred to Hastings College (NAIA). During his time at Hastings, Will achieved, winning Conference Tournament Championship, and becoming a National Runner-up. He also received several personal accolades, such as the GPAC Defensive Player of the Year, selection to the GPAC 1st Team All-Conference, and NAIA All-National Tournament Team. Additionally, he was part of the coaching staff that secured a 20th Conference Championship and a conference Tournament Championship. Alongside coaching, Will pursued his academic ventures, obtaining a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Management and a Master’s in Teaching (MAT).
