Millie started her soccer journey when she was six, playing for various academy teams and center of excellences in Norfolk throughout her youth career. She moved to the states on a scholarship at Johnson County Community College in Kansas. Here she appeared in 38 career matches totalling 13 goals and 10 assists and earned second-team All-East Kansas Jayhawks Community Conference honours. She earned a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete award and a first team NJCAA Academic Student-Athlete honours with a 4.0 GPA. She also received A.I.I. Academic All-Conference. After sustaining a serious knee injury, Millie transferred to Bellevue University in Nebraska where she earned second team all-CAC honours and was recognised with Omaha World-Herald NAIA/D3 All-Midlands Team honourable mention. After another season ending knee injury in her junior year, Millie came back to be named to the CAC All-Tournament team and a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete. Millie graduated in 2023 with a 4.0 GPA with a bachelors degree in Health and Human Performance and two minors in Sport Management and Athletic Coaching.
