Josh has over 8 years of coaching and recruitment experience in both the U.K. and the United States.
A former Sheffield United youth player, he moved to the United States in 2013, attending Central Baptist College, competing in the NAIA. During this time he was named to the MCAC All Conference First and Second Team in his first two years.
Alongside representing the College, he also spent two years playing semi-professionally, in the NPSL with Little Rock Rangers.
After graduating, he then remained with Central Baptist College in the role of Associate Head Men and Women’s Soccer Coach, and Head of Recruitment; a position he held until April 2019.
Since returning to the U.K., Josh has spent time coaching with clubs within South Yorkshire.
