Ian is a highly experienced professional coach with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry. He was previously Head of Coaching at Southend United and Elite Head of Coaching at the University of Portsmouth through the Premier League. As well as working with U.S Sports Scholarships and helping us spot future college athletes across the United Kingdom he also serves as 1st team, 21’s and 18’s scout for English Premier League club West Ham United.
