Elicia played academy football in the U.K. for Reading, Oxford United and London Bees’ reserve WSL team before heading out to the United States on a soccer scholarship at eighteen years old. She returns home after a five year course out there to continue her playing career back home in London. She spent her first three years at a junior college in Iowa, receiving captaincy her sophomore year. She spent a third red shirt year in Iowa after sustaining a knee injury, and wanted to complete her whole chapter so continued on to finish her extra year. During her come-back season, she received first team all region honors in the Midwest, eight goals and eight assists totalling twenty one points, whilst continuing her captaincy from the moment she was injured up until the end of the season. After playing in Iowa, Elicia transferred to a division two school in Georgia to play in the Peach Belt Conference, and complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Recreational studies. Elicia finished her studies with magna cum laude honours, meaning she received a final GPA higher than 3.7. When she was in Georgia, she was named to the College Sports Communication Division two Womens Soccer All-District Team 2023. Named to the Peach Belt Conference Women’s Soccer Team of Academic Distinction, and named to the PBC Presidential Honour Roll 2023. Once arriving, she started in 27 matches in her two years, and accumulated 1,518 minutes of game time.
